AS Properties is an English / Greek / Scandinavian speaking construction company. We carry out new builds, renovations and smaller construction works as well as stonework, painting and decorating etc. No job too big or too small.

We are fully legal and licensed to work all over Corfu.

If you engage us for your project we provide you the customer with everything you need for your build, project or renovation. Through our team we offer everything from the architect, hard landscapers, stonemasons, construction personnel, plumber, electrician, window fitter, carpenter, painter and decorators. We can also provide advice on where to purchase everything from white goods to furniture to tiles and sanitary ware etc

Included in any build / renovation / project we do is project management services. We pride ourselves on our multi-lingual communication skills and aim to provide you the customer a complete and stress free package, offering regular progress reports, photos / videos throughout the build.

Also included is a thorough clean up of the site, we remove all building debris and waste ethically.

We can even assist you with finding rental accommodation if you choose to stay in Corfu while your build is taking place.
