AS Properties is an English/Greek/Scandinavian speaking building/construction company that specializes in building, renovation, villa/holiday home maintenance, painting and decorating.

We are fully legal and licensed to work all over Corfu.

If you engage us for your project we provide you our customer with everything you need for your build, project or renovation. Through our local knowledge, network of contacts and experience we can offer everything from the architect and landscaping to the plumber, electrician, window fitters and the painting and decorating and most importantly, the key in the door.

We also provide Project Management services. We pride ourselves on our multi-lingual communication skills and aim to provide you the customer a complete and stress-free package, through regular progress reports and photos throughout the build.

We can even assist you with finding rental accommodation if you choose to stay in Corfu while your build is taking place.
